Privacy

Ordering at SNAP works without an account. We only process what is needed to prepare your order.

What we store

• Your order: products, choices, total, order number, time, and the optional note you type in.
• We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.
• Orders are kept for accounting and statistics for up to two years, then deleted automatically.

On your phone

Your browser remembers your cart and the orders you placed (for up to 12 hours), so you can find your order number again. This stays on your device; you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

Notifications

If you tap "Notify me when it's ready", your browser gives us a technical push address for this device. We use it for exactly one notification and delete it right after.

Payment

If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider (for example Ziina or Stripe) on their secure page. We never see your card details. If you enter an email for a receipt, it is passed on to the payment provider only and not stored by us.
